i have been smoking for 31 yrs. i have been using the patch, but i
still smoke with it on....today i have already had 5 cigerettes. does
anyone find themselfs in the same boat? i had quit once..back in
dec....for about 6 wks....then started back up.. wasn't worth my health
risks....i have alot of health problems due to these things!
