The same from ol' ML here....I am so weary of all the over-kill on smoking bans....I think we all agree that some places are fine for bans, if bans are to be had--it makes some sense. BUT it just goes from bad to worse. Outside, in privately owned restaurants, bars, etc...well its over the top. Hopefully SOME common sense will prevail there in Maine....as you "Maniacs" have always been known for your Yankee common sense, stubborness. ..may it prevail...good luck there...
