Giving up cigarettes is hard, I saw that when one of my employees did
it. She did a really smart thing. First she cut down on the amount.
Second, she would break off about 1/4 of an inch of those that she did
smoke. And lastly she set a date and hasn't smoked since. She did cut
down on the consumption of alcohol and coffee and started working out.
