I have smoked several SG blends with high nicotine content without
any ill effect, yet Dunhill's Royal Yacht makes me want to puke.
Perhaps it is the casings or flavorings that might do it, or perhaps
these add ons at some point enhance the effect of the nicotine.
Just my random thoughts on the subject.
