Strength usually refers to nicotine content. Most Latakia (English)
blends are very low in nicotine content but high on flavor. Latakia is
a very low nicotine leaf compared to most Virginias and Burleys. But,
Latakia can certainly overwhelm in the taste department and some folks
find it to be a too much of a "palate paster" to be a morning smoke.
