Hmmm... Well, HOTW is a pretty straight forward (Straight) VA, so really, anything you mix in to it is going to dramatically affect the flavor... it's a pretty neutral smoke IMHO.
Let's look at it like this...
Burley - High amount of Nic, but the blend is going to be completely dominated by the Burley.
Perique - Also, much nicotine, but it's going to REALLY spice up the flavor (because you'll have to add a good amount to affect the overall nicotine content)
Virginia - Why bother adding a VA to what is essentially a top shelf VA already?
Latakia - Don't bother, low nic and will affect the taste more than any other tobacco
