Just insert the cleaner in when you have gurgling, to the bottom of the bowl, where it will wick the excess accumulation, then withdraw it and continue smoking.  Black Cavendish will usually be one of the moist tobaccos with humectant, so it will always have some components that will condense in the bowl.  A burley blend or Virginia blend with all natural tobaccos should smoke dryer and leave less condensation.

Thanks to everyone for the help. I smoke black cavendish usually, its
my favorite so far. Granted ive just begun not too long ago. Now as far
as the pipe cleaner goes are you suggesting i leave a pipe cleaner in
the stem while smoking? I thought about that but wasnt sure if it would
affect the taste or anything like that.
